Good to Know

How big is each cat rug?

Every cat in the Cat Rug Universe is the same size: 50 × 150 cm (20 × 60 in) — long enough to stretch out beside a bed, a sofa, or down a hallway.

How fast will my order ship?

In-stock rugs ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as yours is on its way. US shipping is a flat $10.00, and US orders over $100 ship free. Priority delivery (2–3 business days) is also available at checkout for $20.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

What if I need to return it?

You have 30 days. If there's a quality issue, returns are free — we'll email you a prepaid return label. For other reasons, you can still return it within 30 days and return shipping is at your cost. Just email letsrugofficial@gmail.com to start a return.

How do I care for my rug?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then let it air dry naturally — please don't tumble dry. A little loose fluff when your rug first arrives is completely normal, because the pile is extra dense; it settles after the first wash. If you ever notice heavy shedding, email us at letsrugofficial@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
