Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Order Processing Time:
All rug orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your rug order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your rug has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Our company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your rug order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Our company is not liable for any rugs damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your rug order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We do ship internationally. Shipping costs, taxes and duties will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. Rates vary per country.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, the customer, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the cost to resend the package. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team via email at letsrugofficial@gmail.com.net or call us at (702)686-8262 with your order number to request a return shipping label. Rugs purchased from Rugs.net can be returned within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your rug must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original or like-kind packaging. Items must meet the following criteria:
- No pet residue or fur
- No dirt or grass
- No signs of wear, washing, or improper care
- No damage or stains
Before we send out your rug, we take pictures for future reference. Upon receiving your returned rug, our management will inspect it. We will notify you via email once we have received your returned rug and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

- Pack the rug securely in its original or like-kind packaging.
Processing Time:
Please allow up to five business days for us to process your return once we receive it. Additionally, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

Fees:
Only Product quality Problem cost no fees will be charged for returning your rug. Returning your rug is 100% free. Simply pack it and drop it off at any FedEx or UPS location, or schedule a pickup from your home.
